There are four ways to submit feedback to be read at a meeting. In order for your feedback to be part of the record, you must provide your first and last name. Additional personal information is neither required nor will be made public.

For any Redistricting hearings or workshops that take place during a 监事会 meeting, members of the public can request to speak by following the 监事会 meeting's normal procedure for public comment (see Rule 12, 证词, 在 Administrative and Procedural Rules for Board Proceedings).

For any Redistricting hearings or workshops that do 不 take place during a 监事会 meeting, time will be given for members of the public in attendance to speak. In addition, members of the public can request to speak in advance 在 following ways:
